I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and blend techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other supportive, evidence-based modalities. I offer an integrative approach to address grief and other life challenges.
I hold an M.A. in Counseling from Eastern University and a B.S. in Social Work from Niagara University. My experience spans various clinical settings, including outpatient and residential care, staff training, and group therapy leadership.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can confront challenges, find comfort, and celebrate progress. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
